Maser Consulting, a privately-owned engineering and consulting design firm, has leased 3,564 square feet at Republic Square, 13501 Katy Freeway. The acquisitions bring American Landmark’s Texas portfolio up to 33 properties, including nine in the Houston area. The firm will spend $14.7 million on improvements such as package locker systems and stainless steel appliances across the portfolio. Hyde Park at Lake Wyndemere was built in 2000, while Hyde Park at Enclave was built in 1999. The purchase includes two Houston properties: Hyde Park at Lake Wyndemere, a 320-unit complex at 2109 Sawdust Road in The Woodlands that’s 96.8 percent occupied, will be renamed Artisan at Lake Wyndemere and Hyde Park at Enclave, a recently renovated, 476-unit complex at 12951 Briar Forest Drive near the Energy Corridor that is 95.1 percent leased and will be renamed Hayden at Enclave.
Tampa-based American Landmark Apartments has purchased six apartment properties totaling 2,284 apartment units in Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Irving in a $311 million deal with Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors.
